Restaurant EPOS
The restaurant EPOS system built for service
Saturday service, 19:30. Twelve tables seated, a party of eight arriving, and covers turning on the hour. A restaurant POS earns its keep in exactly these ninety minutes, and that is what Seamless is built for: orders captured at the table, sent to the right station instantly, and bills settled without the queue at the till.
Seamless is a restaurant EPOS system designed in the UK for UK restaurants: table plans you build yourself, modifiers that capture every steak temperature and allergy note, kitchen printing by category, and reporting that shows you covers, spend per head and peak hours in real time.
It runs on iPad, Android or our all-in-one till, keeps working when the internet drops, and starts at £0/month with no contract. There's no payment lock-in either: use Dojo, Square, Teya, SumUp or Zettle and keep the rates you already negotiated.
Built for table service
Table plans, split bills and special requests handled in a few taps, so staff stay focused on guests.
No payment lock-in
Works with Dojo, Square, Teya, SumUp and Zettle. Keep your card machine and your rates.
UK-focused expertise
Built in Edinburgh for UK restaurants, with UK-based support that answers when service is on.
An interface staff learn in a shift
Large, brightly coloured buttons arranged the way your menu reads, so new front-of-house staff build muscle memory in one shift. Orders that used to take a minute take seconds, and mistakes stop reaching the kitchen.

Modifiers that capture the whole order
Steak temperatures, allergies, sauces and sides: modifiers prompt your team for every choice, capture upsells, and print the whole story on the kitchen ticket. Consistent orders, bigger average spend, calmer pass.

A table plan that matches your room
Drag and drop to recreate your dining room, with up to five areas for the restaurant, bar and terrace. Every open table and tab syncs across all your tills in real time, and offline mode keeps tables accessible if the internet drops mid-service.

Kitchen printing by station
Category-based print routing sends starters to the cold station, mains to the pass and drinks to the bar, across up to five stations with clear ticket structure and kitchen buzzer support. The kitchen reads tickets, not handwriting.

Built for proper table service
Some tills stop at "send food to the kitchen." Restaurant service needs more than that, and this is where Seamless earns its keep.
Seat numbers. The till asks how many covers when a table opens, and every item rings up against a guest. Plates land in front of the right person without the who-ordered-what round, and the expedite station's tickets can carry seat numbers while the grill chef's stay clean: you choose per printer. Coursing. Starters, mains and desserts group on the kitchen ticket in serving order, so the kitchen reads the shape of the whole table's meal at a glance instead of a jumbled list. Rename the courses, re-order them, run a two-course lunch or a seven-course tasting menu: the ticket follows. Seats and courses work together, so "seat 3's main" is exactly what prints. Outgrown a simpler till? This is usually why. Bring your menu and we'll import it free, and your card machine stays: Seamless works with Dojo, SumUp, Zettle and Teya payments.
Know your numbers, nightly
Covers, spend per head, top sellers and a heat map of your peak trading hours, live from every till, on any device with a browser. Change dishes and prices remotely and they land on every till instantly. Stock control? Our Stock Manager tracks usage and variance down to the ingredient.

Zero-commission table bookings
We've partnered with TableSense to bring zero-commission bookings to Seamless users: reservations flow into your service, not into a third party's pocket. Find out more at Tablesense.com.
