New to Seamless? This guide is for existing customers pairing a terminal. If you're looking at using Teya with a new till, start here: Teya POS & EPOS integration - £0/month Starter plan when we introduce and set you up with Teya.
Visit the backoffice seamlesshq.co.uk and head to 'system settings'
Enable Teya and Default if you wish to make this the primary card payment method
Click 'Teya Settings'
Click 'Authorise Teya' and enter your Teya account login details
5. if you have one Teya payment terminal, it will be discovered and paired automatically, press 'Save Settings'.
6. If you have more than one terminal you can choose which Teya terminals are paired to each POS terminal.
Once paired with Seamless, your Teya payment terminals will need to be placed into POS integration mode;
On the main payment screen, tap on the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap the dropdown menu in the top right corner. You may need to enter your manager pin.
Select POS Integrations.
Select External ePOS Integrations.
Select Cloud Communication.
Tap back to return to the main screen.
