Do you sell payment services against mine?

No. Seamless is the till. Venues choose their own payments provider and we integrate with it. Where a venue has no provider and asks us, we introduce our partner Teya, but we never move a referred venue off the provider that referred them. That one isn't negotiable.

When and how do I get paid?

Monthly, automatically, through PromoteKit, the partner platform we use, with a statement showing each venue. You set your payout details when you create your account, and a payout goes out once the venue's subscription payment has cleared.

What if my referred venue cancels?

Your share is a percentage of what they pay, so it runs while they do and stops when they stop. There's no one-off bounty for us to claw back, because the 30% is the whole arrangement.

Can I sell hardware alongside?

Yes. Plenty of partners supply iPads, stands and printers themselves. If you'd rather not, we supply hardware from our own shop .

Do I need to support the venues I refer?

No. Support is ours, it's on WhatsApp, and it's included. You'll never be the one fixing a printer at 6pm on a Friday unless you want to be.

Is there a contract or exclusivity?

No. Refer one venue or fifty, and work with whoever else you like. There's no minimum volume and nothing to sign.

Create a partner account and you get your own referral link. Put it wherever you already talk to venues: WhatsApp, your email signature, your website. We track every venue that signs up through it, and your share starts the month they do.

2. Named referrals

For deals done in person

Walking a venue in yourself? Just tell us.

WhatsApp us the venue name before they sign up and we mark it as yours, with no link involved. A named referral doesn't expire, so a deal you walk in yourself won't lapse after 60 days.

Keep your card machine and your rates, upgrade the till. From £0/month when we introduce a venue to Teya, or £24/month on the card machine they already have. There's no contract, we import the menu for free, and most venues are live the same day. The numbers are all on our pricing page.
