To enable Seamless POS to send the transaction value to your Dojo payment device please follow these steps:

To generate your API key

  1. Visit https://developer.dojo.tech/

  2. Login with your Dojo account details

  3. On the left menu, select API keys, ensure that you have the correct account and location showing

  4. Select "create new key" (even if there is a key there already) give it a name e.g. Seamless

  5. Copy the key

Enter the key

  1. Go to the seamless back office seamlesshq.co.uk

  2. Go to system settings and enable Dojo

  3. Select Dojo Settings

Enter the API key by pasting here

  • Select the green tick button to discover terminals

  • Click "Configure Terminal Mapping"

  • Choose which Seamless POS terminal is linked to each Dojo Payment Terminal

Enable Pay at Counter mode (PAC)

  • On the Dojo Terminal go to: Settings > Integrated Payments > Enable PAC mode

  • If you get the error message "integrations are not set up" please contact Dojo support to enable this

Perform a test payment

  • Once you have linked your API key, mapped your terminals and enabled PAC mode try selecting some products on seamless POS and hitting card payment to test the integration works. You can cancel the transaction on the dojo terminal afterwards.
